Couples & Family Therapy

What to Expect
Free Consultation
We'll have a 15-minute phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we're a good match. This is your chance to ask questions and get a feel for my style.
First Session
If we decide to work together, our first session will be about getting to know you more deeply: your history, your goals, and what you hope to get from therapy.
Ongoing Work
We'll typically meet weekly, though frequency can adjust based on your needs. Sessions are 50 minutes, giving us plenty of time to go deep while staying focused.
