About

On being seen, not fixed.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly seen — met with genuine curiosity and care, not analyzed from a distance.

Why I do this work

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick: why we repeat certain patterns, how early experiences shape us, and what it takes to create real, lasting change. That curiosity led me to study psychology, but it was my own experience of feeling stuck that deepened my commitment to this work.

I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while struggling on the inside. To wonder if things could feel different. To want more than just “getting by.”

That’s why I’m drawn to working with people who are ready for depth. People who don’t just want to manage symptoms, but want to understand themselves.

What it’s like to sit across from me

I won’t pretend to be a blank slate. You’ll experience me as warm, present, and genuinely invested in your growth. I laugh when things are funny. I lean in when things get hard. I’ll gently call you out when I notice patterns that might be holding you back.

Our sessions will feel like a real conversation — the kind where you leave feeling understood and a little more clear about yourself.

Outside the therapy room

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me exploring a new restaurant, trying out a workout class, or planning my next travel adventure. I love spending quality time with family, watching sunsets, and being outside with my two dogs — a mini Golden Doodle and a German Shepherd who keep me on my toes.
