What Sessions Feel Like
Individual therapy with me is a space where you can finally slow down. It's not about having the right things to say or performing wellness. It's about showing up as you actually are.
Some sessions, we'll process something that happened during your week. Other times, we'll dig into deeper patterns, the ones that started long before you could name them. And sometimes we'll work on practical skills: tools for managing anxiety, communicating differently, or responding instead of reacting.
What stays consistent is the relationship between us. You'll experience me as warm, curious, and genuinely invested in your growth. I'll meet you with compassion, but I'll also gently challenge you when it serves you.
